Course Information

The courses can be emotionally challenging. It is the delegate's responsibility to maintain their own mental health and ensure they are sufficiently resilient to attend.

 

The in-person course lengths are as follows:

Adult Two Day training 09:00 - 16:30 / 17:00 on both days

Adult One Day training 09:00 - 16:30 / 17:00

Adult Half Day training - 4 hours, usually 09:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00

Adult Refresher training - 4 hours, usually 09:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00

 

Delegates are required to have 100% attendance to participate and qualify. Certificates will only be provided to participants who complete the full training. If a delegate misses more than 10% of the training, a Certificate will not be issued.

 

The instructor reserves the right to ask a delegate not to complete the course if they feel their health & safety, or that of others, will be significantly compromised. No refunds will be given in this instance.

Cancellation Terms

  • Less than 14 days - full charge
  • 15 days and above - no charge
  • Substitution of another delegate in your place will be accepted
  • No show / same day cancellation will be charged at the full rate

 

If you book to attend a course within the above timeframes, the cancellation terms immediately apply.


If you are unable to attend a course that you're booked on to and wish to transfer to another date this is acceptable, however the above cancellation terms apply when transferring to another date. To avoid charges when transferring, you are required to provide a minimum of 15 days notice. You must transfer to another date within three months of the original booking. Bookings outside of this window will be classed as a new booking. 


In the event of circumstances beyond its control, Your Wellbeing Hub reserves the right to amend or cancel any training event. In this instance, full refunds will be given. Your Wellbeing Hub is not liable for any expense incurred by delegates as a result of cancellation (for example non-refundable travel or hotel costs).


The course materials supplied to delegates are for their own use and are not to be copied or redistributed.


All delegates should understand that any personal information learnt as a result of this course about a fellow delegate is confidential and is not to be repeated.


You understand that any information submitted by you to Your Wellbeing Hub will be recorded and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • 22 days and above – no charge
  • Substitution of another delegate in your place will be accepted
